Delete your School Absence Tracker account

You can delete your account in the app, or request deletion here and we will complete it for you.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open School Absence Tracker.
  2. Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. This permanently deletes your account, household, children, absences, and images.

Option 2 — Request deletion from us

Use our contact form to request deletion. Please include the email address used in the app.

We will verify ownership by email and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted?

  • Your account and household
  • Children and absence records
  • Uploaded images (avatars and doctor notes)
