Data we process

  • Account data (employers): name, email, company, role, and audit logs related to account activity.
  • Job data: titles, descriptions, locations, compensation ranges (if provided), and publication status.
  • Applicant data: information candidates submit (e.g., contact info, resume, work history, education, cover letter, and attachments). No SSNs are collected by default.
  • Security & operational data: server logs, error logs, and usage events to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use data

  • Provide the service (post jobs, accept and route applications, manage hiring stages).
  • Security (auth, fraud prevention, audit logs).
  • Support (respond to tickets, diagnose issues).
  • Compliance (records retention aligned to HR needs and legal obligations).

Security

  • Passwords are hashed (bcrypt).
  • Server volumes are encrypted at rest; backups are encrypted.
  • Role-based access and change logging are enabled for sensitive actions.

Retention

Employer account data persists while your subscription is active. Applicant data retention is controlled by the employer’s configured retention policy or applicable law. You may request deletion subject to legal obligations.
